山之辺ハサクィ (hasaqui)
アーティスト／リサーチャー。ドローイング・コード・AIを錯綜させるスタイルで制作を行う。ブロックチェーンをメディウムとして主題化した「Proof of X」展や、東アジア圏を巡回するジェネラティブアート展「dialog()」などの企画に参加。
2009年、レッシング『ラオコオン』の研究により東京藝術大学大学院・芸術学専攻（美学）を修了。以降、『ラオコオン』の影響の系譜とメディウム論に関心を寄せている。
2024年よりMassage Magazineにて「日本の黎明期コンピュータアートを再考する」を連載し、日本の戦後美術史におけるコンピュータアート史を研究している。論考に「NFTと「書き取りシステム」としてのブロックチェーン」（『Proof of X: Blockchain As A New Medium For Art』、NEORT、2023年所収）など。
Hasaqui Yamanobe
Artist / Researcher. Works in a style that intertwines drawing, code, and AI. Has participated in projects such as “Proof of X,” which explores blockchain as a medium, and “dialog(),” a generative art exhibition touring across East Asia.
In 2009, completed an M.A. in Aesthetics at Tokyo University of the Arts with a thesis on Laocoon by Gotthold Ephraim Lessing. Since then, has continued to engage with the legacy of Laocoon and questions of medium.
Since 2024, has been serializing “Re-thinking Japan's Dawn of Computer Art” in Massage Magazine, researching the history of computer art within Japan’s postwar art context. Writings include “NFT and Blockchain as an ‘Inscription System’” (in Proof of X: Blockchain As A New Medium For Art, NEORT, 2023), among others.

hasaqui yamanobe was born in 1982, and he now lives in Tokyo, Japan.
In 2009, he graduated from the Graduate School of Fine Arts, Tokyo University of Arts, where he studied aesthetics as a field of philosophy, especially "Laocoon" by the 18th century German thinker G.E. Lessing. Since then, he has continued to be interested in "Laocoön" and the genealogy of its influences, and in the second half of 2016, he started working with the intention of moving "Towards a Newest Laocoön".
Since 2016, he has been creating drawings/paintings, and since 2019, he has been creating digital works using AI-based image generation. Recently, he has also been creating Generative Art with p5.js.
山之辺ハサクィは哲学の一領域である美学、特に18世紀ドイツの思想家G.E.レッシングの『ラオコーン』について研究を行い、2009年に東京芸術大学大学院美術研究科を修了。その後も『ラオコーン』及びその影響の系譜について関心を持ち続け、2016年後半より“Towards a Newest Laocoön”を志向した制作を開始した。
2016年以降ドローイング/ペインティングの制作を開始し、2019年からAIの画像生成を利用したデジタル作品の制作を開始。2021年2月より、NFTアート作品を発表しオンライン・オフライン展示に参加している。最近ではp5.jsによるGenerative Artの制作も行っている。
